My professional life entails three pursuits:
1) I am a faculty member at the University of Memphis, where I teach graduate-level courses in statistics and am the statistical & methodological consultant in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences.
2) I own a consulting company that conducts employee research to promote employee engagement and productivity.
3) I volunteer with local start-ups to give them advice on how to select, train, and manage the performance of their employees so that their businesses succeed.
